911 Direct recently provided turnkey services including complete center renovation from painting and carpeting to ceiling tiles to the FSU Police Department. FSU Dispatchers relay information to, and keep track of, officers and first responders via radio and the use of their CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) system that allows them to create, log, track and update calls including relevant information from the Criminal Database. This systems aids in maintaining and monitoring communication within campus and with surrounding agencies to ensure emergency services are available at all times to faculty and students anywhere on campus.
