The City of Atlanta remodeled their 911 Communications Center Back-up and Training space to accommodate the installation of 10 Prodigy 76 dispatch consoles in the facility’s Operations Center. The Training Center/Back-up is used for classes and is activated during heavy call traffic in the city. This space was completed 2018.
911 Direct worked with the City of Atlanta to determine an agreed upon timetable for installation of dispatch consoles and electrical work following construction.
